Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped by express courier with tracking and delivery with signature (additional service).

Once we have verified that the item has been paid for correctly, the packaging process will begin.

The boxes are suitably large and your items will be well protected with material that cushions any sudden movements.

We use the Spediamo.it service, which automatically selects the best courier based on the size and weight of the shipment. When the courier confirms collection, we will provide you with the name of the courier and a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postage costs. Handling charges are fixed, whilst transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your parcel will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken in the case of fragile items.

Your return

Any items you wish to return due to purchasing errors and/or change of mind, and in any case not attributable to IMMENSO NET, must be returned unopened, with the warranty seals intact, correctly repackaged in the original box (or other suitable box), and sent back to IMMENSO NET after prior agreement by telephone.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

The customer is required to complete the returns form in full, providing as many details as possible about the return. The refund will be made after receipt of the goods with a valid return invoice. The customer accepts that in this case IMMENSO NET will deduct 25% from the total amount due as a handling fee.

For defects, malfunctions, and errors in the shipment of goods, the Customer shall contact IMMENSO NET during business hours to receive instructions, arrange for collection and any necessary maintenance and/or product replacement.

In this case too, the Customer is required to fill in the returns form in its entirety, providing as many details as possible. As soon as we receive the goods, we will follow the most appropriate procedure to resolve the problem.

In this case, the cost of collection and any shipment to the customer will be borne by IMMENSO NET.
